Just Keep Swimming

Just keep swimming, just keep swimming. What do we do? We swim....

Repairs are well underway and the roof is completed after The Great Wind Storm of 2011.

But guess what?
Life just keeps on keeping on.
That is, a pipe broke in our basement.
Yuck!
Water!
Yuck!
Cutting out wet drywall and wet insulation.
Yuck!
Trying to figure out how to fix buckling laminate flooring.
Yuck!

But really it could have been so much worse and I am so grateful it wasn't (we caught it fairly quickly).

So no worries. We had Chinese take-out tonight, so good!

We're keeping our heads up, above water at least and I'm keeping the crafty/sewing juices flowing.
